From first call to follow-up

    Discovery

    We talk through your goals, your constraints, and the decisions that need to be made. Typically 30–60 minutes, no commitment.

  2. Step 02

    Proposal

    Within 48 hours of the call, you get a written proposal: scope, timeline, deliverables and pricing. Yours to share, compare or push back on.

  3. Step 03

    Delivery

    Work happens in clear milestones. Weekly check-ins, shared documents, no surprises. You see progress, you sign off, we move.

  4. Step 04

    Follow-up

    After delivery, regular reviews keep your structure, strategy and execution aligned as your business evolves.
